RETURNS
All products sold by The Collective are handcrafted which is why there can be slight variations in texture, colour and finish. These are not flaws or defects.
All order cancellations must be requested in writing and confirmed by The Collective prior to return. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies; any shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with the carrier. All other claims must be submitted in writing to CustomerService@thecollectivehome.com within 5 days of receipt of order; supported by photos.
Returns and/or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee plus any packing and shipping expenses.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 10-12 business days.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
The Collective items can only be exchanged if they are vendor defective or damaged. Please email us a CustomerService@thecollectivehome.com if this is the case. Shipping damage or loss should be documented and claimed to carrier.

All cartons must be identified with a Return Authorization (RA) number and must be received in their original condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping items over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
